I have a few questions in regards to the tumbling classes. Are they mandatory? And would they be signing up for the cheer tumbling class with instructor Shawn Marsh?

I went ahead and took a look at the Valley College schedule and I did find a schedule for Janella but it's for: Gymnastics Team is a competitive program for girls ages 8-16. TRY-OUT REQUIRED. I wasn't able to find anything under instructor Chris. The only thing I found for tumbling: Open to Girls & Boys Ages 5-17 Beginning tumbling for cheerleaders, dancers, martial artists, etc. with an emphasis on flexibility, balance, conditioning and strength. Participants will learn tumbling and more. Fees are due by the last day of the previous month. Class ID: 6766 Tuition: $50.00 Schedule Information: Skip dates: (No class on 7/6/2014) Dates Class Days Times Location Instructor(s) 7/6/2014-7/27/2014 Weekly -Sun 5:00 PM - 6:30 PM Valley Glen, Los Angeles Valley College Map Shawn Marsh Registration Closes On: July 6, 2014 12:00 AM

Hello! They are not mandatory but highly recommended since we compete. The instructor will be either Chris or Janella.
